# FAQs

This section describes a list of frequently asked questions during the integration process.

**1. What do I do when I encounter a transaction status code "000005"?**

For sanbox environment, please check that you are using test phone numbers.
You can also confirm you are using the correct country id, currency and payment methods.

**2. How do I setup my API credentials?**

Log in to the payment portal and navoiagte to the Workspace > API Keys section. Select Create New Integration and proceed to generate the credentials.

**3. What countries are available to me?**

All countries listed in the [Supported Countries section](/countries-v4) are available in the sandbox environment with the supported methods. However, only the countries you select during your onboarding process will be available in the live environment.

**4. How do I access test funds in the sandbox environment?**

By requesting us to top up the specific currencies you'd like to test via [support@niobi.co](mailto:support@niobi.co).

**5. What do I do when I encounter the error "You are restricted to access the site. Contact Niobi support for further information."?**

This is because your IP addresses are yet to be whitelisted. Contact us at [support@niobi.co](mailto:support@niobi.co) with your list of sandbox and production IP addresses for whitelisting. Please find a full list of errors and descriptions under the [Troubleshooting section.](/failure-codes)
